First of all, Dev C is not a compiler, it's an IDE that interfaces with a compiler (most presumably GCC/MingW in your case). The compiler suite is the one having the header files, not the IDE. Dev-C++ will automatically configure a 32bit and a 64bit compiler profile for you, and will select the 32bit profile if your computer does not support 64bit.Fixed a few high priority bugs in 5.9.1.
